"Therese's Dream - Maine to Darfur: A Doctor's Story" Book Launch Thursday, October 27 at 6:00. Dr. David Austin's first book chronicles his time with Doctors Without Borders and illustrates the common humanity of peoples around the world. The author will read excerpts from his book, offer a brief Q & A followed by an opportunity for book signing.

"Two Tents: Twenty-one Years of Discovery on the Appalachian Trail" Book Talk Monday, November 21 at 4:00. Jim Haskell will read from his book and talk section hiking the entire Appalachian Trail over two decades. Hear about his adventures with bears and perilous cliffs; his memories of thunderstorms and sunsets; and his encounters with diverse people he met along the way.

Play Group for preschoolers is held on Wednesdays at 10:15. On the first Wednesday of the month, KVCAP will provide activities, snacks, and parent support. The other sessions are informal times to play.

The book discussion group meets at 4pm in the Warren Community Room
