Healthy Minds, Healthy Living

Licensed social worker, Fawn Robinson, will discuss ways we can take care of ourselves in order to create or maintain a healthy mind and healthy life. She will share tips on ways to make time for yourself and how to manage the guilt that often comes into play when we think about or attempt to take time for ourselves.
